Introduction

This microcontroller is based on a high-performance Arm Cortex-M0 core, featuring a 32-bit architecture with a maximum operating frequency of 72MHz, integrated high-speed memory, and a rich set of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals. Peripherals include one 12-bit ADC, two comparators, multiple general-purpose and advanced timers, and standard communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and CAN. The operating voltage ranges from 2.0V to 5.5V, with an extended operating temperature range (-40℃ to 85℃ industrial grade or -40℃ to 105℃ extended industrial grade), and supports multiple low-power modes for energy-efficient applications. The series is available in five package options: LQFP64, LQFP48, LQFP32, QFN32, and QFN28.
