Introduction

The Ai8 series MCU is a high-performance product line based on an enhanced 8051 core architecture, operating at a supply voltage range of 1.9V~5.5V and supporting operation across an industrial temperature range of -40℃~+85℃. The series offers internal bus width options from 8-bit to 32-bit and integrates a rich set of peripheral resources, including hardware USB (supporting CDC/HID communication), multi-channel high-precision 12-bit ADC, advanced PWM timers, a hardware multiply-divide unit (MDU), a true random number generator (TRNG), as well as enhanced ESD protection and noise immunity. Designed to meet the automotive-grade AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard, it delivers high reliability and stability, making it suitable for applications with demanding performance and reliability requirements.
