Introduction

The STC15 series MCUs feature an enhanced 8051 CPU core with a maximum operating frequency of 35MHz. The series offers multiple variants with large-capacity Flash program memory (4KB~64KB) and SRAM data memory (256B~4KB). Rich integrated peripherals include multiple 16-bit timers/counters, programmable clock output, high-precision internal IRC, 10-bit high-speed ADC, comparator, enhanced PWM module, and multiple serial communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C).
