Introduction

This product is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M0 core, operating at up to 48MHz, with built-in high-speed memory and a rich set of I/O ports and peripherals. It features a 12-bit ADC, one 16-bit general-purpose timer, one 16-bit basic timer, and one 16-bit advanced timer, along with standard communication interfaces: one I2C, one SPI, and two UART interfaces. The operating voltage range is 2.0V ~ 5.5V, and the operating temperature range covers the industrial grade of -40℃ ~ +85℃ and the extended industrial grade of -40℃ ~ +105℃. Multiple built-in low-power operating modes are available to meet the needs of low-power applications. The product is offered in three package options: QFN20, TSSOP20, and SOP8.
