Introduction

CW32F030x6/x8 is an eFlash-based single-chip microcontroller integrating an ARM Cortex-M0+ core running at up to 64MHz, high-speed embedded memory (up to 64KB Flash and up to 8KB SRAM), and a comprehensive set of enhanced peripherals and I/O ports. All variants provide a full suite of communication interfaces (3× UART, 2× SPI, and 2× I2C), a 12-bit high-speed ADC, seven general-purpose and basic timers, and one advanced-control PWM timer. Operating temperature range: -40°C to 105°C; supply voltage range: 1.65V to 5.5V. Two low-power modes are supported: Sleep and DeepSleep. Available in five package options: TSSOP20, LQFP32, QFN32, LQFP48, and QFN20.
