Introduction

HCT6521S is a single-channel, 24-bit high-precision ADC with an SPI interface, integrating a 1/32/64/128× programmable low-noise amplifier, high-precision Sigma-Delta ADC, high-frequency internal RC clock source, and 20ppm internal voltage reference. HCT6521M is the MSOP package variant. The ADC achieves an effective resolution of 19.8 bits @ 128× PGA, with equivalent input noise as low as 16nV/√Hz and zero drift of 5μV. Suitable for electronic scales, analytical balances, industrial process control, DC/AC power metering, ear thermometers, and other applications requiring high precision and low zero drift.
