Introduction

XADC104S021 is a low-power, 4-channel 10-bit ADC with a high-speed serial interface. Unlike the traditional approach of specifying performance at only a single sample rate, the XADC104S021 is fully specified over a sample rate range of 50 ksps to 200 ksps. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. The XADC104S021 features four single-ended analog inputs, IN1 through IN4. Each analog input range for these channels is 0 to VA. The XADC104S021 is available in a 10-pin MSOP package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The XADC104S021 is a drop-in replacement for the ADC104S021.
