Introduction

XADC104S051 is a low-power, 4-channel 10-bit ADC with a high-speed serial interface. Unlike conventional practice of specifying performance at only a single sample rate, the XADC104S051 is fully specified over a sampling rate range of 200 ksps to 500 ksps. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. The XADC104S051 features four single-ended analog inputs, IN1 through IN4. The analog input range for each channel is 0 to VA. The XADC104S051 is available in a 10-pin MSOP package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The XADC104S051 is a pin-compatible replacement for the ADC104S051.
