Introduction

XADC108S052 is a low-power, 8-channel, 10-bit ADC with a high-speed serial interface. Unlike conventional devices that specify performance at only a single sample rate, the XADC108S052 is fully specified over a sample rate range of 200 ksps to 500 ksps. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. The XADC108S052 features 8 single-ended analog inputs, IN0 through IN7. The analog input range for each channel is 0 to VA. The XADC108S052 is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The XADC108S052 is a drop-in replacement for the ADC108S052.
