Introduction

The HBP401 series is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor. The MEMS pressure die employs a Wheatstone bridge structure, with four resistors diffused onto a circular silicon diaphragm. When a force is applied to the silicon crystal, the crystal lattice deforms, causing carriers to scatter from one energy valley to another. This alters carrier mobility and disturbs the longitudinal and transverse averages of the carriers, thereby changing the resistivity of silicon and generating a linearly proportional voltage output signal. The product offers excellent linearity, repeatability, stability, and high sensitivity. Customers can select standard amplification circuits such as instrumentation amplifiers to calibrate and compensate for output and temperature drift, achieving high-precision, high-stability, and high-reliability pressure measurement. The product adopts a standard SOP6 package for ease of use. It has broad application prospects in healthcare, smart home appliances, industrial control, and other fields.
