Introduction

The MAVR-0454xx series are abrupt silicon tuning varactors fabricated using UHCVD/ion implantation process with high repeatability, housed in a cost-effective surface mount package. These varactors are designed for general-purpose tuning across the HF to UHF bands, enabling efficient wide-range tuning over a 0 to 30V range. All diodes feature 100% matte tin plating. This series of tuning varactors is suited for tuning applications in the HF to UHF range, including voltage-controlled oscillators and voltage-tuned filters in radio equipment demanding low cost and excellent lot-to-lot repeatability, CATV tuners, and test instruments. Configured as SOT-23 single-device common-cathode.
