Introduction
MADP-000235-10720T is a surface-mount PIN diode in a non-magnetic metal electrode leadless face (MELF) package. The MADP-000235-10720T employs M/A-COM's proven HIPAX technology to produce a low-inductance ceramic package with no leads or wire bonds. The package utilizes M/A-COM's unique non-magnetic plating process to provide a hermetic package with extremely low magnetic permeability. The package contains a passivated PIN diode die with full-surface bonding on both the cathode and anode to maximize surface contact area, thereby reducing electrical and thermal resistance. The die and package have been fully characterized both electrically and mechanically to ensure repeatable and predictable performance.

Applications
