The CP Series sensor modules are designed for PAP applications, featuring a proprietary NimbleSense architecture that achieves an extremely high dynamic range, delivering industry-leading pressure sensing performance for CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP devices. The series integrates both differential and gauge pressure sensors in a single package, with each embedded sensor supporting four programmable pressure ranges. The differential pressure sensor is user-programmable with full-scale ranges from ±250 Pa to 2.5 kPa (±1 to 10 inH₂O), while the gauge pressure sensor offers programmable full-scale ranges from ±2 kPa to 6 kPa (±8 to 24 inH₂O). By combining two advanced piezoresistive sensing elements with integrated amplification, ADC, DSP, and processor intelligence, the CP Series brings an entirely new level of sensor integration to the PAP market, greatly simplifying system integration. The series leverages floating-point technology to deliver high-accuracy digital output. Advanced digital processing enables new capabilities that simplify system development, enhance manufacturing convenience, and improve reliability. Available in 3-port and 4-port configurations for maximum design flexibility, the CP Series optimizes performance, reliability, and system cost for the demanding PAP market. Industry-leading accuracy — the CP Series measures dry air and non-corrosive gas pressure with exceptional accuracy, with typical accuracy within ±0.05% of the selected range and a total error band typically within ±0.15% of full scale. Built with a highly reliable plastic housing, the CP201 offers an ideal combination of exceptional performance and reliability, while ensuring customers have a high-volume, cost-effective solution optimized for a wide range of PAP devices.
