Introduction

The Rd-03E is equipped with a Silicone Micro S3KM111L chip. The S3KM111L is an integrated single-chip millimeter-wave sensor SoC based on FMCW radar transceiver technology. Operating in the 24 GHz K-band, it supports a modulation bandwidth of up to 1 GHz per frequency. The module employs FMCW waveforms and advanced signal processing technology proprietary to the S3 series chips. Combined with MCU-proprietary radar signal processing and built-in intelligent presence sensing algorithms, it enables precise human body sensing, ranging, and gesture recognition. Developers can display distance and gesture information in real time via a host computer tool.

The Rd-03E module can detect and recognize moving and micro-motion human bodies while reporting real-time distance. It detects targets and gestures within a specified area and reports results in real time, making it widely applicable across various AIoT scenarios. The module features strong real-time performance, high ranging accuracy, wide ranging coverage, and flexible algorithm parameter configuration.
