Introduction

The BG-EXM-SM5 is an extension microphone designed to expand the pickup range of the BG-SMB-5M omnidirectional microphone speaker. It features 360-degree audio pickup capability and, when used in conjunction with the BG-SMB-5M, extends its maximum pickup range to 33 feet. Up to two extension microphones can be connected directly to the host microphone. The BG-EXM-SM5 connects to a port on the BG-SMB-5M and benefits from the host unit's echo cancellation functionality, which eliminates the feedback commonly experienced with most laptop built-in microphones.
