Introduction
The LCH3519AV200 core module is a full-featured core module designed on the HiSilicon Hi3519AV200 chip platform, measuring 50mm × 50mm. The module connects to the carrier board via a 180-pin stamp hole interface, exposing the external pin signals of the Hi3519AV200 while balancing high reliability, low cost, and high flexibility. The module comprises CPU, DDR, and eMMC sections. The DDR uses mainstream LPDDR4/LPDDR4X for lower power consumption and higher frequency, with optional 2GB or 4GB configurations; the eMMC adopts the high-speed eMMC5.1 standard, with optional 16GB or 32GB capacities. The module integrates a rich set of interfaces, including MIPI 8-channel video input, HDMI 4K@30fps video output, 5× UART serial communication interfaces, 10M/100M/1000M Ethernet, LINE IN/OUT audio interfaces, USB2.0 and USB3.0, CVBS OUT composite video output, RS485 industrial communication interface, JTAG debug interface, PCIe expansion interface, and SDIO and SD card storage interfaces. The module integrates a high-efficiency neural network inference unit supporting up to 8.1 TOPS INT8 compute performance and is compatible with mainstream neural network frameworks. Its ISP supports processing capabilities up to 4K@60fps, handles multi-sensor inputs, and enables efficient image stitching and panoramic photography. Multiple image enhancement algorithms are integrated, including 3F WDR, multi-level noise reduction, 6-axis image stabilization, and hardware stitching. Multiple encoding formats are supported, including H.264, H.265, and MPEG-4, with a maximum resolution of 8192×8192, multi-stream encoding/decoding, and a maximum output bitrate of 160Mbps. ROI encoding and multiple bitrate control modes are also supported. The module supports Ubuntu, Buildroot, and OpenHarmony operating systems, offering high performance, high reliability, and high scalability, with system source code provided for user secondary development and customization.
