Introduction

CW32L031 is an eFlash-based single-chip low-power microcontroller integrating an ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core running at up to 48MHz, high-speed embedded memory (up to 64KB Flash and up to 8KB SRAM), and a comprehensive set of enhanced peripherals and I/O ports. All models feature a full suite of communication interfaces (3× UART, 1× SPI, and 1× I2C), a 12-bit high-speed ADC, five general-purpose and basic timers, and one advanced-control PWM timer. The CW32L031 operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with a wide supply voltage of 1.65V~5.5V, and supports Sleep and DeepSleep low-power operating modes.
