Introduction
This specification applies to the production and inspection of our company's standard series strip connectors (pin headers). The applicable wire gauge is AWG #22~#28, rated voltage 250VAC/DC, rated current 5A, withstanding voltage 1000VAC/minute, temperature range -25℃~+85℃, insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, contact resistance ≤0.015Ω. The product surface shall be free from defects, dirt, cracks, and mechanical damage harmful to the product; contacts shall show no corrosion, coating oxidation, or peeling; external dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings, and identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Plastic parts shall be individually packaged in plastic bags; terminals shall be packaged in reel tape format; a certificate of conformity shall be enclosed or affixed, indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and production date. Outer packaging shall be cartons with a packing list attached, stating product name, specification/model, quantity, and shipping date; products shall not rattle inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted; protect from moisture and mechanical damage. Packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with ambient temperature -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and free from acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases.
