Introduction

This specification applies to the production and inspection of the company's standard series strip connectors (pin headers). The applicable wire gauge is AWG#22~#28, rated voltage 250VAC/DC, rated current 5A, withstanding voltage 1000VAC/minute, temperature range -25℃~+85℃, insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, contact resistance ≤0.015Ω. The product surface shall be free of defects, dirt, cracks, and mechanical damage that could be detrimental to the product; contacts shall show no corrosion, plating oxidation, or peeling. Dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings, and identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Plastic parts shall be inner-packaged in plastic bags; terminals shall be inner-packaged in tape-and-reel format, with a certificate of conformity enclosed or affixed, indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and date of manufacture. Outer packaging shall be cartons with a packing list attached, indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and shipping date; products shall not rattle inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted; products shall be kept dry and protected from mechanical damage. Packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with ambient temperature -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and no acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air.
