Introduction

The ICS-40800 is an ultra-low noise, analog output, dual-port MEMS microphone. It integrates a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, and an output amplifier. The ICS-40800 features two acoustic ports located at the bottom and top of the component. The dual-port design enables the microphone to exhibit varying sensitivity based on the angle of sound incidence. The top port can also be sealed to achieve omnidirectional acoustic sensitivity. With a 70 dB SNR and ±1 dB sensitivity tolerance, the ICS-40800 is ideal for far-field voice control and audio applications. It is housed in a compact SMT package measuring 4.00 mm × 3.00 mm × 1.20 mm.
