Introduction

The IM69D129FV01 is a low-power digital XENSIV™ MEMS microphone designed for digital PDM MEMS microphone applications requiring high SNR, low distortion, and ultra-low current consumption. The high 69dB(A) SNR enables far-field and low-volume audio pickup. Flat frequency response and tight manufacturing tolerances enhance performance in multi-microphone array applications. The digital microphone ASIC incorporates an ultra-low-noise preamplifier and a high-performance Σ-Δ ADC. Selectable power modes accommodate specific clock frequency and current consumption requirements. Each IM69D129FV01 microphone is calibrated using Infineon's advanced calibration algorithm, achieving tight sensitivity tolerances.
