Introduction
This specification applies to the production and inspection of the company's standard series strip connectors (pin headers). The product technical requirements are as follows: 1. Materials and plating are specified in the attached table; 2. Plastic part surfaces shall be smooth and clean, free from burrs, bubbles, burn marks, and deformation; gates shall be free from drag marks, flash, or short shots; 3. Terminal surfaces shall be free from oxidation and plating defects. The operating temperature range is -25℃ ~ 85℃, rated voltage is 250V AC/DC, rated current is 2A, insulation resistance ≥ 100MΩ, and withstanding voltage is 800V AC/minute. Regarding operating conditions, the ambient temperature is -25℃ ~ +85℃, applicable wire gauge is AWG#28 ~ #22, and applicable PCB thickness is 1.2 ~ 1.6mm. Product surfaces shall be free from harmful defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage; contacts shall be free from corrosion, plating oxidation, and peeling; outline dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings; identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Regarding packaging, the inner packaging for plastic parts is plastic bags; terminals are inner-packaged in reel tape-and-reel format, labeled with product name, specification/model, quantity, and production date; outer packaging is cartons, affixed with a packing list indicating relevant information, with no movement of products inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted, but products must be protected from moisture and mechanical damage. For storage, packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse at -10℃ ~ +40℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, free from acidic, alkaline, and other corrosive gases.
