Introduction
Qwik RJ45 RJ45 Cat 5e/6 Self-Trimming Plug.
- Strip the outer jacket and arrange the wires to match wiring diagram T568A or T568B. Make a clean cut at a slight angle so the wires extend 1.5 inches (38.1 mm) from the jacket.
- Slide the connector onto the wires and push it to the jacket. Wires should be fully inserted to ensure the twist is less than 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) from the termination point.
- Use Stewart ratchet crimp and cut tool (Part No. 290263-02) or equivalent tool to complete crimping and trimming in one step.
