Introduction

This dual slim Cat6 RJ45 shielded metal frame panel-mount feed-through connector can be installed on panels from either the front or rear. Multiple versions are available, including different frame materials (nickel or black metal) and different mounting hole types (e.g., CSK hole, M3, #4-40, Ø3.2 plain hole). Feed-through connector features include: suitable for standard rectangular cutout, front or rear panel mounting, multiple hole mounting options, no soldering or crimp termination required, standard cable for each connector style, and low rear profile. Materials: RJ45 straight-through coupler body is ABS UL94-V0, fully shielded; RJ45 straight-through coupler contacts are phosphor bronze, nickel-plated with 3–50 microinch gold finish; PCB is FR4; frame is die-cast, nickel-plated or black-plated. Performance: supports T568A and T568B wiring, compliant with ISO/IEC 11801 and EN50173, compliant with ANSI/TIA/EIA 568B.2, rated 125VAC RMS 1.5A, operating temperature range -10°C to +70°C.
