Introduction

This product is a dual slim Cat 6 RJ45 metal-framed feed-through connector for front or rear panel mounting. Multiple variants are available, including different metal frame colors (nickel, black) and mounting hole types (CSK, M3, #4-40, Ø3.2 plain hole). The product fits standard rectangular cutouts, supports front or rear panel mounting, offers multiple hole mounting options, requires no soldering or punch-down termination, uses standard cable for each connector style, and features a low rear profile. The RJ45 straight-through coupler housing is made of ABS UL94-V0 material; contacts are phosphor bronze with nickel underplating and 3–50 microinch gold plating; PCB is FR4; the frame is die-cast with nickel or black finish. The product supports T568A and T568B wiring, complies with ISO/IEC 11801 and EN50173 standards as well as ANSI/TIA/EIA 568B.2, and is rated at 125VAC RMS 1.5A with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C.
