Introduction

In terms of materials, the housing is made of high-temperature thermoplastic UL94V-0, contacts are copper alloy, the locking lever is stainless steel, and solder tails are copper alloy. Regarding surface finish, the contact area features flash gold plating over a nickel underplate with a minimum thickness of 0.0013, the soldering area has flash gold plating, and solder tails are tin-plated. The mechanical key positions of the connector are shown in the table. Tolerances are non-cumulative, not drawn to scale; an anti-corrosion coating must be applied internally except on the solder pattern; maximum coplanarity is 0.1, excluding the float value of soldering, in unmated condition. If the module cannot be smoothly inserted and locked into the latch, manually open both latches, then insert and lock the module. General tolerances: 10 > ±0.2, 30 > 10 + 0.25, 502 > 10.10.23 100 + 70 - 10.7, ±0.3 when 100 ≥ > 30, and angles ±3°. Unless otherwise specified, all dimensional tolerances are ±0.15. PCB thickness applies to the tab and includes plating and/or metallization. Pad surface finish is gold plating with a minimum thickness of 0.00076 over a nickel underplate with a minimum thickness of 0.002. Burr-free; if chamfered, maximum 0.25×45°. The orientation of each connector on the tray refers to this drawing; general tolerance is ±0.5.
