Introduction

PC/104 and PC/104 Plus connectors are an industry-standard connector system for PC/104 embedded PC module stacking applications. The PC/104 module stack design is intended to interconnect PC boards within a stack using stackable connectors, occupying less space and at lower cost than equivalent backplane systems. The standard height between module boards is 0.6 inches (15.24 mm). PC/104 connectors have a 2.54 mm pitch with 32+32 or 20+20 positions. PC/104 Plus connectors have a 2.00 mm pitch with 4×30 (120) positions. Receptacles feature bifurcated contact design. Solder or press-fit termination options are available, along with accessories for this series.
