Introduction

The CU series joins the Corcom power entry module product family, addressing the need for smaller versions of switched AC line filters and unfiltered power entry. This series provides power entry for equipment specifically designed for popular 1U (1 3/4 inch) height device racks. The filtered versions deliver complete shielding, shrouded quick-connect terminals, and basic filtering for 1A to 15A applications in an extremely compact footprint. The design is available in snap-in and flange-mount options. The filtered versions also feature a new rear-mount style with a flush appearance for enhanced EMI shielding. The unfiltered line snap-in version comes in three different configurations to accommodate various panel cutouts and thicknesses, with an option for pre-wired terminals from inlet to switch. The CU series uses the universal IEC 60320-1 C-14 power inlet for international compatibility. For applications requiring additional features, refer to the C, GG, P, and M series PEMs.
