Introduction
ESD56051N is a bidirectional TVS. It is specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components connected to power lines, low-speed data lines, and control lines from overstress caused by ESD, EFT, and lightning strikes. Per IEC61000-4-2, the ESD56051N provides ESD protection up to ±30kV (contact discharge), and withstands peak pulse currents up to 55A (8/20μs) per IEC61000-4-5. The ESD56051N is available in a DFN1006-2L package. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
