Introduction

ESD8011MUT5G(ES) is an ultra-low capacitance TVS designed to protect high-speed data interfaces. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic components connected to data lines and transmission lines from overstress damage caused by electrostatic discharge. The device provides ±10kV (contact discharge) ESD protection per IEC61000-4-2 and can withstand a 4.5A (8/20μs) peak pulse current per IEC61000-4-5.
