TT 0541 SA X is an ultra -low capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high - speed data interfaces. With typical capacitance of 0.30pF only, it is designed to protect parasitic - sensitive systems against over - voltage and over - current transient events. The TT0541 SAX comes in a RoHS compliant and Halogen Free 0.6mm x 0.3mm x 0.3mm DFN0603 - 2L package.
