The AK15 series high-power TVS diodes are designed to meet the demanding surge test environments of AC and DC line protection applications. Compared to conventional MOV solutions, they offer faster response times and ultra-low clamping voltages. These diodes can be connected in series and/or parallel to achieve very high surge current protection solutions.
