Introduction

The SL series TVS arrays are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from damage or latch-up caused by ESD, lightning strikes, and other voltage-induced transient events. The series offers operating voltages of 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V. TVS diodes are solid-state devices specifically designed for transient suppression, featuring ideal characteristics for board-level protection, including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltages, and no degradation in device performance. SL series devices employ a series configuration of a low-capacitance, fast-switching compensation diode and a standard TVS diode, effectively reducing the total device capacitance to below 5pF, making them an integrated low-capacitance solution for high-speed interfaces. Devices in this series can be used to meet the Level 4 immunity requirements of IEC 61000-4-2.
