Introduction

The AQ27COM-01 series bidirectional TVS diodes are manufactured using proprietary silicon avalanche technology. These diodes provide high ESD protection levels for electronic equipment. The AQ27COM-01 series TVS can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30 kV (contact and air discharge as defined by IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. In addition, it can safely dissipate surge events of 4 A, 8/20 μs as defined by IEC 61000-4-5 Edition 2.
