Introduction

The AK6 series high-power TVS diodes are designed to meet the demanding surge test environments of AC and DC line protection applications. Compared to conventional metal oxide varistor (MOV) solutions, they offer extremely fast response times and ultra-low clamping characteristics. They can be connected in series and/or parallel to provide very high surge current protection solutions.
