The rated ESD shock dissipation value of the TPD1E01B04 is equal to the highest level specified in the IEC 61000 - 4 - 2 (Level 4) international standard. This device features an IO capacitance of 0.18 pF (typical), making it suitable for protecting high-speed interfaces with rates up to 20 Gbps (such as USB 3.1 Gen2 and Thunderbolt 3). The low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage provide system-level protection against transient events. The TPD1E01B04 comes in an industry-standard 0201 (DPL) package.
