Introduction

PESDNC2FD5VB protects sensitive semiconductor components from damage or malfunction caused by ESD and other voltage-induced transient events. Featuring large cross-section area junctions, these devices conduct high transient currents and offer ideal electrical characteristics for board-level protection, including fast response time and low operating voltage. This enables designers to flexibly protect a single bidirectional line in applications where arrays are not suitable.
