Introduction
The TPD2E2U06 is a dual-channel low-capacitance TVS diode ESD protection device. This device provides ±25kV contact ESD protection and ±30kV air-gap ESD protection compliant with the IEC 61000-4-2 standard. The 1.5pF line capacitance of the TPD2E2U06 makes this device suitable for digital input Class-D audio amplifiers in a wide range of applications. Typical application interfaces are USB2.0, LVDS interfaces, and I2C.
