The GBLC05C-ES series is an ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor array designed to protect portable electronics and smartphone applications. The series offers a bidirectional configuration. At higher operating frequencies or faster edge rates, insertion loss and signal integrity are primary concerns. The series provides ultra-low capacitance and low leakage current in a compact SOD-323 package.
