Introduction

This series is an ultra-low capacitance TVS array designed to protect high-speed data interfaces. It is specifically designed to protect sensitive components connected to data transmission lines from overvoltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events (CDE), and lightning strikes. The unique design integrates surge-rated steering diodes, low-capacitance steering diodes, and TVS diodes in a single package. Under transient conditions, the steering diodes direct transient current to ground. The internal TVS diode clamps the transient voltage to a safe level. The ultra-low capacitance array configuration allows users to protect multiple high-speed data lines. These devices are available in single-signal packages, are RoHS/WEEE compliant, and come in SOD-323 packages. Dimensions are 2.5 × 1.25 × 1.0 mm. Devices in this series can be used to meet the immunity requirements of IEC61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC61000-4-5 (Surge). Contact discharge: ±8kV, Air discharge: ±15kV
