Introduction

The PSM712-ES protects sensitive semiconductor components from damage or disruption caused by ESD and other voltage-induced transient events. The device employs a large cross-section junction to conduct high transient currents and provides ideal board-level protection electrical characteristics, such as fast response time and low operating voltage. It offers designers the flexibility to protect a single bidirectional line in applications where arrays are not suitable.
