Introduction

SDT23C712L02-ES protects sensitive semiconductor components from damage or interference caused by ESD and other voltage-induced transient events. The device features a large cross-section junction to conduct high transient currents, and provides ideal board-level protection electrical characteristics such as fast response time and low operating voltage. Its bidirectional configuration offers designers the flexibility to protect a single bidirectional line in applications where arrays are not practical.
