Introduction

The fixed voltage series DO-214 (pxxx1s) are unidirectional SIDACtor components designed to protect Subscriber Line Interface Circuits (SLIC) from destructive overvoltage transients. This series uses fixed voltage switching components to provide single-line protection against negative surges. All positive surges are routed to the ground reference through an internal diode.
