Introduction

This fixed-voltage, unidirectional, enhanced DO-214 SIDACtor thyristor series is designed to protect subscriber line interface circuits from destructive overvoltage transients. These devices provide single-port protection, offering voltage-switching characteristics for negative-polarity surges and a clamping diode for positive-polarity surges.
