Introduction

The SPD200K and SPD300K series provide continuous protection against destructive voltage transients and electrical noise commonly found at service entrances or distribution panels. The design of the SPD200K and SPD300K allows for flexible installation, and their rugged construction enables mounting in the harshest exposed environments. They are capable of handling the high-impulse, potentially destructive transients commonly found at service entrances or distribution panels. The SPD200K and SPD300K utilize circuitry to monitor the status of all protection modes, including neutral-to-ground protection. If protection becomes unavailable in any mode, the green LED will extinguish and the red LED will illuminate. In addition, high-isolation Type C dry contacts enable remote monitoring of protection system failures, undervoltage, phase loss, and power outages. The protection integrity monitoring of the SPD200K and SPD300K can indicate failures of short-circuited or open-circuited protection components. These devices are manufactured to meet your unique requirements, available in hardwired, three-phase configurations with a standard internal rotary disconnect. They are designed for years of trouble-free operation, requiring little to no operator intervention after installation.
