Introduction

The TAL22010 low-voltage surge protective device is designed for surge protection of outdoor street lighting, landscape lighting, traffic signal lighting power supplies, and similar applications. It suppresses and diverts overcurrent and overvoltage induced by lightning strikes or generated within low-voltage distribution systems, protecting electrical equipment from damage. This product is suitable for AC power supply systems rated 110V~277V, employing full-mode protection with flexible leads connected in parallel with the external circuit. Surge protection ratings: IEC/EN 61643-11 nominal discharge current 5kA, maximum discharge current 10kA, open-circuit voltage 10kV; UL1449 nominal discharge current 5kA.
