Introduction
Designed to protect sub-micron 3V or 5V circuits from transient noise. Port ESD protection exceeds: – 15kV Human Body Model; – 2kV Machine Model. These devices provide electrical transient noise protection for USB low-speed and full-speed ports. The 35pF input capacitance makes them unsuitable for high-speed USB 2.0 applications.
