Introduction

The ASM series current sensors operate as a sealed secondary of a current transformer, with the conductor carrying the current to be measured serving as a single-turn primary. Measurement accuracy can be improved by increasing the number of primary turns. Applications include detecting branch circuit overloads and load reduction or shutdown.
