Introduction

Product-related specifications are as follows:

1. Mechanical:
   • PIN4–6 wound counterclockwise toward the machine platform in close winding.
   • The upper joint of the core is secured with adhesive at the steel clip contact point.
   • The core is secured externally with an iron clip, with the notch facing the PIN4–6 pin end.
   • All leads wound 1.5–2.0 turns around the pins before soldering.
   • After soldering, no solder balls, solder dross, or other foreign matter are permitted on the coil or product surface.
   • Adhesive to be oven-cured.
   • Appearance and dimensions must conform to drawing requirements.
   • Product coplanarity: 0.1mm MAX.
   • Finished product has no marking; PIN1 location indicated by a dot mark on the top of the core.
2. Winding:
   • Care must be taken during winding to prevent copper wire insulation damage and short circuits.
   • Enameled wire must not have insulation damage; winding must be flat, with no stacking or crossing.
   • Lead-in and lead-out wires to be routed through the slot opening.
3. Electrical performance: All electrical parameters tested at approximately 25°C ambient temperature.
4. Materials: All materials comply with RoHS.
5. Testing: 100% testing.
6. Appearance and dimension inspection:
   • Appearance: Products must have no bent pins, no burned leads, no exposed copper on pins, no contamination or solder balls/solder splatter, no burn damage or cracks on the housing, no cold solder joints, and coplanarity within specification.
7. Packaging:
   • Carrier tape and cover tape to be used; carrier tape dimensions are for reference only; component placement orientation is PIN1 facing the sprocket holes.
   • All packaging materials must be undamaged and free from markings/graffiti.
   • Reel specification: 13" (diameter 330mm); total quantity per reel: 1000 PCS.
   • Loaded reels are placed in outer cartons; 5 reels per carton, with a quantity of 5000 PCS per carton.
   • Specific carrier tape dimensions per requirements; material parameters comply with customer requirements.
   • Outer carton to be printed with customer-required LOGO; carton burst strength ≥10 KG/cm; carton surface must be flat, undamaged, and free from markings/graffiti.
