Introduction

The MLRR-4 reed switch is an ultra-miniature normally open switch with a glass envelope measuring 15.24mm in length and 2.54mm in diameter (0.600" × 0.100"), featuring close differential (CD) characteristics and capable of switching 200VDC at 20W. It offers an insulation resistance of at least 10¹⁰ ohms and a contact resistance of less than 100mΩ. Without a suppression circuit, it can handle lamp loads up to 14V at 2W. An SMT version of this reed switch is also available as the MLSM-4.
